MINSTREL SHOW TIME.

Byline: Christine Farn

A STUNNING new showhome has opened at a development in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Barratt West Midlands' three-bedroom Kingsville has been professionally designed by interior specialists at Claude Hooper and shows visitors how their home could take shape at Minstrel Park, Birmingham Road.

Lisa Preston, sales manager for Barratt West Midlands, said: "Minstrel Park is a great development and we have had a lot of interest since opening.

"This is an ideal development for families looking for their first home or that extra bit of space.

"We have chosen our Kingsville style property as showhome because it showcases all the wonderful features our three-bedroom houses have.

"There will be some handy design tips to pick up on too."

The colour scheme used throughout the three-bedroom, three-storey Kingsville showhome consists of creams, taupes, chocolates and mustard, the overall look is contemporary classic.

It has a family room with striking wallpaper in a mustard finish and French doors to the rear garden, a modern fitted kitchen, a study/possible fourth bedroom and a cloakroom.

In the study there is a hand painted mural of William Shakespeare and framed posters of some of his plays.

The first floor has a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and a living area.

On the second floor there is a family bathroom and two further bedrooms - one having Shakespeare quotations painted on the walls and framed Shakespearean inspired artwork on the walls, while the other has been designed with a young boy in mind and has a boating/nautical theme. Lisa added: "Minstrel Park offers a two-bedroom apartment at pounds 179,950 and a range of three-bedroom houses starting from pounds 248,950."
