 ANNOUNCES INTENT FOR PRIVATIZATION
 ST. PAUL, Minn., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Minnesota World Trade Center Corporation (MWTCC) today released a request for proposals (RFP) from accountants, investment bankers and other parties interested in assisting the MWTCC in "privatization" through the sale of the assets and ownership of the MWTCC to one or more private persons or entities. The Minnesota Legislature, with the support and assistance of Gov. Carlson, recently passed legislation to "privatize" the MWTCC which currently exists and operates as a Minnesota State Agency and Public Corporation. Persons or parties wishing to respond to the RFP must do so by May 4, 1992.
