(NYSE: CMZ) announced the election of Harry A. Hammerly to its board of directors. Mr. Hammerly is Executive Vice President of International Operations and Corporate Services at 3M and is also a member of 3M's board of directors. Mr. Hammerly joined 3M in 1955 and has served in numerous capacities of increasing responsibility both in the U.S. and outside the United States.
 Cincinnati Milacron, with 6,500 employees worldwide and 1991 sales of $754 million, is a leading producer of machine tools, plastics machinery, computer controls, precision grinding wheels and metalworking fluids. 3M is a diversified manufacturer located in St. Paul, Minnesota, with 1991 sales of $13 billion.
