MIDLAND: News Digest - Rape appeal.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was raped as she walked through Dudley on Good Friday.

The 18-year-old was walking along Shirley Road, close to a grassy verge known locally as Corny Bank, when she was pushed to the ground by a man then raped while another man watched.

Her attacker is described as being a stocky black man, in his 20s, wearing dark clothing and a black woollen hat with a white Nike logo, while the second man is of skinny build, in his late teens, lighter skinned, and wore white trainers.

They spoke to each other in Jamaican patois.
