 MICROLOG ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER RESULTS
 GERMANTOWN, Md., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Microlog Corp.


(NASDAQ-NMS: MLOG) today reported consolidated sales of $5.3 million and a consolidated net loss of $241,369 (6 cents per share) for the quarter ended April 30, 1992. By comparison, Microlog reported sales of $5.3 million and loss of $1.2 million (29 cents per share) in the second quarter of fiscal 1991. The results for the six months ended April 30, 1992, are a net loss of $592,175 (15 cents per share) compared to a net loss of $1.7 million (44 cents per share) for the comparable period last year.
 The reduced loss for the second quarter of 1992 continues the trend over the past two quarters of improved operating performance. During the quarter the company introduced its new voice processing product, CallStar. Chief Executive Officer Joe Lynn noted, "The trend over the past three quarters of improved operating performance shows us moving in the right direction." He also indicated that, "Although it is too early to predict the level of market acceptance of the CallStar product, the company is hopeful of the positive impact of this product on operating performance."
 Microlog Corp., founded in 1969 and headquartered in Germantown, manufactures voice processing systems. Its products find wide application in government, health care, utility, media/entertainment and other markets, and are sold through a direct sales force, by distributors and by value-added resellers. Through its subsidiary, Old Dominion Systems Incorporated of Maryland, it also provides performance analysis and technical and administrative support services under contracts with government and commercial customers.
