The company also announced that in a separate action, unrelated to the board and pursuant to procedures established by the Pulitzer Voting Trust, Mrs. Pulitzer had succeeded Joseph Pulitzer Jr. as one of the seven trustees of the trust. The trust holds voting rights over all of the company's Class B common stock, which represents 98 percent of the combined voting power of the common stock and Class B common stock.
