MGM TO MAKE INTEREST PAYMENT

 CULVER CITY, Calif., Nov. 24 ~PRNewswire~ -- Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., formerly known as MGM-Pathe Communications Co. (the "company"), announced today that it will pay a total of approximately $22.0 million in interest on the company's 12 5~8 percent senior subordinated notes due 1993 and 13 percent subordinated debentures due 1996. The payment will be made as scheduled on Dec. 15, 1992.
 The company is involved in the worldwide production and distribution of motion pictures and television programs and operates theatre chains in the United Kingdom and Europe.
