MGM GRAND HEADQUARTERS TO RELOCATE IN LAS VEGAS BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Grand, Inc.
(NYSE: MGG), announced today that it will relocate its corporate headquarters from Beverly Hills to Las Vegas, Nev., next month.
The move will not affect the operations of the company's MGM Grand Air subsidiary, which will continue to provide scheduled luxury airline service between Los Angeles and New York, as well as charter services. In announcing the move, Bob Maxey, president of MGM Grand, said, "The move will enable the company to more efficiently coordinate its efforts to complete and open the new MGM Grand Hotel and Theme Park.
