MERCURY AIR GROUP ANNOUNCES FIXED BASE OPERATION ACQUISITIONS AT MEADOWS FIELD AIRPORT IN BAKERSFIELD, CALIF.

 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 24 ~PRNewswire~ -- Mercury Air Group, Inc. (AMEX: MAX) announced today the acquisition of two fixed base operation facilities at Meadows Field Airport in Bakersfield, Calif., to supplement its existing operations at that airport. The aggregate purchase price for the facilities was approximately $1,750,000. Mercury's facilities at the Meadows Field Airport are now located on a total of approximately 35 acres and include approximately 100,000 square feet of hangar space and 10,000 square feet of office space.
