MERCOM LISTED ON NASD'S BULLETIN BOARD WILKES-BARRE, Pa., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercom, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: MEROC) is now being traded on NASD's Electronic Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board through Herzog, Heine, Geduld, Inc. and Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., as the approved market makers.
Other market makers are filing for registration. Mercom had been delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Market since Feb. 6, 1992. According to NASD, the Mercom securities were delisted because the company did not meet minimum maintenance requirements for net worth. Mercom provides cable television services to more than 33,235 subscribers in southern Michigan and to 442 subscribers in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
