MEMORIAL DAY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS BULLETIN ISSUED BY PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

MEMORIAL DAY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS BULLETIN ISSUED
 BY PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Following is the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Memorial Day Traffic Restrictions Bulletin, which outlines Interstates and major urban highways that will be under various traffic restrictions during the upcoming holiday weekend.
Members of the media may find the information useful to inform motorists as they make their travel plans.
Wherever possible, PennDOT will remove traffic restrictions over the holiday weekend to accommodate the extra volume of traffic. Of course, PennDOT urges motorists to drive safely and obey all traffic laws.
Ken Rich has taken over compilation of the holiday traffic restrictions bulletin from Ed Myslewicz in PennDOT's District 3 Office. Members of the media may contact local community relations coordinators for more information on other traffic restrictions on state highways in their area.
