 MEDCROSS FORMS NEW SUBSIDIARY; ENTERS FAR EASTERN MARKET
 ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Medcross, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDCR) announced today the formation of Medcross Asia, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary which will focus on developing opportunities to manufacture and distribute medical products and equipment in the Far East.
 Medcross President Robert M. Irvin said the new subsidiary will enable Medcross to take advantage of the manufacturing and trading expertise its new lead investor group has gained in that area of the world. Medcross Asia, Ltd., will be headquartered in Hong Kong.
 Irvin indicated that the Far East is rapidly developing as a market for American medical technology. The Company is presently pursuing distribution and licensing agreements with American manufacturers of medical products and equipment.
 Irvin also indicated that the Company's primary focus will continue to be acquisition of diagnostic imaging centers in the United States.
