MEALEY LAUNCHES "CALIFORNIA INSURANCE" & "ASBESTOS BANKRUPTCY REPORT".
Mealey Publications (King of Prussia, PA), in cooperation with Lexis-Nexis (Dayton, OH), will begin the publication of Mealey's Litigation Report: California Insurance with a July issue. An annual subscription to the monthly report targeted to California lawyers costs $700.Mealey said that editorial for the monthly report includes information on California and federal Ninth Circuit insurance coverage developments. It will carry filings, new complaints, breaking news, case summaries and trial updates. It will also include "hard-to-find" briefs and related full text court documents from relevant insurance coverage disputes in California and the Ninth Circuit.
It will cover such topics as developments in bad faith litigation, earthquake damage coverage, disability insurance, products liability coverage, environmental insurance coverage, mold coverage, asbestos coverage, aviation litigation and entertainment law.
Asbestos Bankruptcy Report will launch in August and is designed to be an accompaniment to Mealey's Litigation Report: Asbestos. To be published monthly, the newsletter will follow asbestos bankruptcy law and track bankrupt companies' progress through the Chapter 11 process.
Editorial will include coverage of insurance issues, impacts on settlements, how asbestos bankruptcies have affected the landscape of the litigation process and which companies may be forced into Chapter 11 protection in the future. It will also carry filings, related news developments, summaries and rulings. An annual subscription to the report costs $700.
Other litigation reports recently launched by Mealey include PPA/ Ephedra, Class Actions, Mold, Nursing Home Liability as well as the Nimmer Report on Copyright.
