MCI OFFERS 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CHINESE AND KOREAN WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MCI Chinese and Korean
speaking customer service representatives are now available 24 hours-a-day, MCI Communications Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: MCIC) announced today. This is in addition to Spanish and Japanese speaking representatives who are presently available.
Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean speaking representatives are available to
provide information, in their respective languages, to customers regarding MCI's products and services, network and billing systems.
