 MCI CHAIRMAN WILLIAM MCGOWAN DIES
 WASHINGTON, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- William G. McGowan, founder


and chairman of MCI Communications Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: MCIC), died this morning at Georgetown University Hospital of a heart attack. McGowan, who was 64 years of old, had undergone a heart transplant in April of 1987.
