 MAYOR SCHEIBEL TO SEE NEW TECHNOLOGY AT COUNTY JOB CENTER
 Mayor Jim Scheibel will see new computer technology that helps train unemployed workers in Ramsey, Washington and Dakota counties at 1 p.m. Friday, April 24, at the Ramsey County Opportunities Industrialization Center, 215 E. Ninth St., St. Paul.
 Some 50 students work with IBM Personal Computers and laser printers to study word processing and other software functions. IBM works closely with the OIC which was founded in 1974. The center helps both train workers and and place them in skilled jobs.
 Joining Mayor Scheibel and other private and public sector officials will be state representative Andy Dawkins.
