MAST/KEYSTONE & LARGO VISTA INC. AGREE TO SELL TELENETICS EQUIPMENT IN CHINA

 NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Mast/Keystone & Largo Vista Inc. signed an agreement today to designate Telenetics as their supplier of data communications equipment for Largo Vista's projects in China.
 Largo Vista Inc. is an international development and communications firm with major contracts in the People's Republic of China (PRC). They have designed the new Shenzhen/Nanshan Central Business District in Shenzhen, PRC, consisting of 300 acres of waterfront property. Two other projects underway are the International Movie Museum, located within the city, and Xinmei Villa -- a 100-home pilot project located 35 miles northwest of Hong Kong.
 Telenetics, of Lake Forest, Calif., is a pioneer in data communications which offers a wide range of products including Digital CSU/DSUs, high-speed and security modems, multiplexers, ISDN Terminal Adapters, X.25 PADs, Bridges and other products. Telenetics is one of the first data communication companies to enter into the Chinese market. Telenetics products are currently installed at several provincial telephone bureaus, including the Shenzhen Post & Telecommunications Bureau.

 Largo Vista Inc. recently signed a letter of intent to merge with Mast/Keystone, Inc. -- an optical manufacturer being traded on the pink sheets as MKEY.
