 MASSIVE CONTINGENT OF GUARDS TO ATTEND DAVIS FUNERAL
 As many as 500 Ohio state correction officers are expected to


attend the funeral of co-worker Thomas Davis Jr. on July 1. Davis died June 25 following an attack by an inmate at the Mansfield Correctional Institution. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at the Greater St. John Church of God in Christ, 190 Chester Avenue, Mansfield.
 Following the service, delegations of correction officers from each state prison and representatives of the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association, the state employee's union, will form a large motorcade en route to the Mansfield Cemetery, 389 Altamont Avenue.
 In addition, color guard units made up of employees from several of the prisons will also participate in the funeral and burial services.
