MASH HITS.

Wednesday night sees legends appear at Glasgow's O2 ABC. George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic are responsible for loads of big tunes like One Nation Under A Groove, Atomic Dog and more. He has produced Bootsy Collins, Primal Scream, RZA, Outkast and Kendrick Lamar.

George Clinton has influenced bands like De La Soul, Snoop Dogg, Public Enemy and many more. His music has been sampled more than any other artist throughout hip hop and beyond. Support comes from local heroes Shaka Loves You with a full live AV show. They have been spreading the Shaka Loves You word with their funk, recent European tour. Their festival diary is filling up and they are well worth checking out. They have recently released a brilliant EP on Goodgroove.

The Kaluki Smoke Signals Tour is at SWG3 Glasgow, Saturday, with headliners Eats Everything and Richy Ahmed plus Pirate Copy, Pete Zorba, Jamie Roy and Vilmos and Raeside.

I am at Moskito. Glasgow, on Friday. Sandeman from Wildkats and Get Physical recordings is at Soba in Edinburgh on Friday and I am there on Saturday.
