There is a double whammy of techno at Glasgow School of Art this Friday as Animal Farm with Jonas Kopp (pole Group/Tresor Berlin) and Stephanie Sykes from Jaded and Fullpanda Records appear alongside Turtle and Quail.

I'm playing at The Unit at Brunswick Hotel Basement on Friday alongside Luke and Maffa, Declan Kenmure and MarKo Polo from Broken Disco.

Optimo have Rave Against Racism at The Sub Club on Friday, too.

Hobbes is on at tea-time at Soba in Edinburgh, with Gareth Sommerville on the night shift.

On Saturday, the Rum Shack in Glasgow's south side have La Roche Rumba, who presents Disko Shiva with regulars SMC and Thriftshop XL playing soul, funk, boogie, disco, nu-disco and house.

Tribal pulse is at Stereo in Glasgow. They have Lee Williams plus resident Boom merchant. There will be visuals from NvZ and Fragile X in this basement venue who are regularly putting on great club nights.

Anything Disco with DJ Babes and friends are at Edinburgh's Soba on Saturday. They have a late licence due to the city's festival. Colin Cook is playing Soba in Glasgow's Merchant City.
