MARVIN WINDOWS STATEMENT REGARDING PLEA OF HAROLD THIESSEN
MINNEAPOLIS, April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- This matter will not be resolved until sentencing is passed. Therefore, it would be improper for us to comment on today's development.
It is important to point out that this violation stems from the improper disposal of barrels containing paint residue. At no time was paint residue dumped into the environment. Marvin Windows now has an environmental monitoring and protection program that is exemplary.
