MARTIN MARIETTA PRESIDENT NAMED TO SUNBANK, N.A.'S BOARD

 ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Joseph D. Antinucci, president of Martin Marietta Electronic and Missiles of Orlando, has been elected to the board of directors for SunBank, N.A. according to Theodore J. Hoepner, chairman, president and CEO.
 Antinucci became president of Martin Marietta Electronics and Missiles May 1, 1993. He joined the company in 1984. His most recent assignment was president of Martin Marietta Aero & Naval Group of Baltimore. Prior to that, he was vice president of Operations, vice president of Technical Operations and technical director of Naval Systems.
 Before joining Martin Marietta, Antinucci, spent more than 20 years in various U.S. Navy technical and program management positions. He received a bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, a master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the National Security Industrial Association and the American Defense Preparedness Association.
