MARSH & McLENNAN COMPANIES, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 NEW YORK, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.675 per share on outstanding common stock, payable on Aug. 16, 1993, to shareholders of record on July 12, 1993, it was announced by A.J.C. Smith, chairman.
