MARK E. REAGAN NAMED CHAIRMAN & CEO OF WILLIS CORROON CONSTRUCTION

 NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Willis Corroon Corporation today named Mark E. Reagan, 44, chairman and chief executive officer of Willis Corroon Construction.
 Richard M. Miller, chief executive of Willis Corroon Corporation, and Frank F. White, president and chief executive officer of Willis Corroon Americas, said Reagan's appointment is effective immediately. Reagan joins Willis Corroon Construction from American International Group (AIG), where he was most recently president of the Bond Division of American International Companies.

 White who oversees Willis Corroon's retail brokerage operations for North America, said Reagan's appointment will "significantly enhance Willis Corroon's already broad expertise in construction and surety.  Reagan began his insurance career with Seaboard Surety Company in 1971 as a senior underwriter in New York. Four years later, he was named manager of its UK/European operations in London. In 1980, he returned to New York as vice president of Seaboard's contract and surety operations and later was appointed a director of the company. In 1984, he was named senior vice president with responsibilities for surety, claims and management information services.
 Reagan joined AIG in 1988 as president of its Bond Division with worldwide responsibilities for surety and fidelity bonds. A year later, he was appointed senior executive for the financial lines of American International Underwriters, which included surety, fidelity, directors' and officers' liability and professional indemnity. He was also named a director of National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, American Home Assurance Company and other AIG companies.
 Reagan will maintain offices in New York and Nashville. He makes his home in Westfield, N.J.
