MARIGA EXPANDS OPERATIONS; TO CARRY DATA AND FAX TRAFFIC BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UNITED STATES

 PARAMUS, N.J., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The LuxCel Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LXCL), a wireless communications equipment and service company, announced that its 50 percent-owned Mariga Communications Corporation affiliate had received FCC approval to carry, on a dedicated basis, voice, data and fax traffic between Russia and the United States using the Russian horizon satellite.
 Mariga also announced that its first FM broadcast system in Russia recently began operations in the Rostov area.
 Mariga is a privately held company formed to provide a wide range of communications services, including satellite services, broadcast, specialized mobile radio and cable TV, in Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia. In addition, Mariga has paging operations in Yalta, Crimea Republic of Ukraine.
 The LuxCel Group has been distributing and marketing wireless communications electronics services and products in the U.S. and abroad for nine years, operating until January 1993 as DriveFone, Inc. It also has a paging joint venture in Poland.
