M&S doing its bit for Macmillan charity.

APPROXIMATELY 130,000 people are living with cancer in Wales - many of my own colleagues have been affected in some way. It is thanks to fantastic charities like Macmillan Cancer Support that individuals in this situation are able to continue with their lives and look to the future. Macmillan is a cause close to the hearts of my colleagues and customers, and hosting the annual World's Biggest Coffee Morning fundraiser every September is one of the most important events in our calendar. Since 2010, M&S customers and colleagues have raised PS10m for Macmillan Cancer Support.

You can visit your local M&S Cafe and support the World's Biggest Coffee Morning on Friday, September 29 - we'd love to see you. As one of the UK's biggest retailers, we feel we have a responsibility - and a real opportunity - to help bring positive change at a local level. Visit and join the conversation on social media using #coffeemorning John Turner M&S head of region for Wales
