Lynda L. Tepperman.

Lynda L. Tepperman has joined George A. Fuller Company, the New York-based construction firm, as vice president, Business Development.

Tepperman, an attorney, previously served as vice president and general counsel for Tishman Construction Corporation of New York. She negotiated construction management agreements nationwide, acted as liaison with outside legal consultants, and participated in business development and marketing activities. Previously, she was chief operating officer at Eli Attia Architects in New York.

Tepperman has received several honors as a real estate professional, including the Professional Women in Construction Achievement Award and the Women On The Rise Award from the National Association of Female Executives. She is a member of the Association of Real Estate Women, the Financial Women's Association and the New York State Bar Association.

A former stockbroker, Tepperman holds a JD degree from Pace University Law School in New York and BA from the College of New Rochelle. She is currently a candidate for a Master of Science degree in real estate finance and development from New York University.

The White Plains, New York resident assumes her new role in the middle of major changes at George A. Fuller Company. Last year, Fuller handled $241 million in construction management contracts, double such revenues in the previous year, and earned another $704 million as general contractors, for a total of nearly $1 billion. Currently, the firm is completing renovations of the Manhattan Municipal Building and the landmark Guggenheim Museum, among many other large-scale undertakings.
