They defeated Guisborough Cons who now replace them at the foot of the table.
Ian Walton set the ball rolling for the home side with a 71-64 win over Mike King (-25), before a break of 35 helped Mick Riddiough to a 79-40 win over Steve Rutter (-12).
The billiards saw Ron Bickerdyke (-107) knock in breaks of 45, 42 and 40 to beat Colin Buckton (+38) 150-116, before Rutter (-35) finally put the Cons on the board with a 76-67 win over Ian Walton.
The final frame of the night saw Riddiough beat King (-2) 59-37.
Hartlepool Snooker Centre travelled to Redcar Lakes and came away with a 4-2 victory. Liam Crossling-Kelly and Aran Hetherington both won two frames at snooker for the visitors, despite Dan Harris making a 39 break in one frame for the Lakes. Gary Beckett made a 30 break in winning the Lakes points at billiards.
Lune Street B defeated Redcar Unionists 4-2 on their travels. Richie Collier and Stuart Tait took a frame each at snooker, while Steve Binns beat Phil Hartley to secure the billiards points.
Guisborough Quoit ensured their place in the semi-finals with a 4-2 home win against runaway league leaders Carlin How.
Mark Boyt took the billiards points with a 41 break, despite opponent Richard Beckham making breaks of 49, 39 and 31.
Andrew Shelley made a 61 for the visitors, but still lost the frame against Jonny Thompson.
The semi-finals are taking place this week, with Redcar Lakes playing Hartlepool Snooker and Carlin How taking on Guisborough Quoit.
