Luminart Corp. Announces Name Change From Chaos Group, Inc. and Retains GRQ Financial for Investor Relations Services.
Luminart Corp. markets and sells a proprietary line of Luminite gels, which are flexible compounds used in the production of point-of-purchase advertising signs. When illuminated, Luminite offers neon quality signage at a fraction of the cost to produce and maintain.
Luminart Corp. purchased certain assets of Luminart, Inc., in a transaction that included cash and stock from the Canadian Corporation in February 1998. The name Luminart, associated patents, trademarks, and other intellectual properties as well as certain tangible properties were included in the transaction.
Michael Reynolds, President and CEO of Luminart Corp., stated, "Since our recent acquisition and the name change, the Company is now concentrating on the business of offering our proprietary Luminite gel line. Management has established an integrated infrastructure for production and an Internet based marketing, sales and service organization that enable the Company to further exploit and build upon the brand recognition created by the predecessor company."
Luminart Corp. also announced that it has retained GRQ Financial, Inc. to provide a full spectrum of investor relations services and assist in the Company's overall business communications efforts.
