Luff eyes a Government prize.

Byline: Jon Walker

MP Peter Luff is hoping for a Government post if the Tories win the next election.

The MP for Mid Worcestershire reminded readers in a frank interview that he nominated David Cameron for the party leadership back in 2005, calling it "the best judgment call I have made as an MP".

He added: "Of course, I would be interested in ministerial office but its not in my gift."

So who does decide? David Cameron, of course. Calling in old favours, Peter?
