Looking back.

NO one got bored at the board meetings of these young enterprising Teesside girls in the Eighties.

This was because fun and games was their business in a scheme launched by the Durham University Business School.

The fourth form girls from Eston's Sarah Metcalfe School had set up their own company providing everything that made children's parties go with a swing in April 1985.

Four of the young tycoons are pictured with their party balloons from left to right Julie Stinchcombe, Diane Scaife, Julie Vinter and Michelle Allen.
