Look to Lourdes for Hove answer; NEWS.

HOVE stage their third GBRF Owners' Bonus Series final this evening and the pounds 500 decider looks impossible to decipher, writes Dave Johnston.

The three heats produced a dead-heat, and two other photo finishes and there's just 13 spots between the six runners.

Seamus Cahill's Droopys Lourdes (T2 8.18) has yet to win in 13 starts but this would be an oportune moment to break her duck.

The April 09 daughter of Westmead Hawk could have the race run to suit and, in a wide open betting heat, represents good value to storm through late to steal the valuable prize.

HOVE'S scheduled opens for Sunday now close at 11am today after failing to attract sufficient entries by yesterday's original noon deadline.

Races are over various distances, including heats of a Bet365-backed dual-distance competition (515m/695m). Entries can be made on 01273 223803.
