Lone Wolf Changes Organizational Structure and Acquisition Strategy.

Business Editors

Lone Wolf Energy Inc. (OTCBB:LWEI) announced today a new direction for company acquisitions. In line with the success of its business unit Zenex Communications, Lone Wolf is now focusing its operations on the fast-growing and profitable telecommunications industry.

In addition to altering its acquisition strategy, Lone Wolf has restructured its internal management. Former Lone Wolf President Marc Newman, is now Lone Wolf chairman and chief executive officer with current Zenex President Brian Gustas also assuming the role of Lone Wolf president. Joey Alfred, vice president of operations for Zenex, is now also Lone Wolf's executive vice president.

Mr. Newman stated: "The appointment of Brian Gustas as president of LWEI and Joey Alfred as executive vice-president will give us the operational expertise Lone Wolf will need as we acquire future telecom companies. These two appointments will allow me to focus my time on acquiring new cash flowing companies and developing shareholder equity with the confidence of knowing that day-to-day operations are being well looked after."

Mr. Gustas is a 16-year veteran in the telecommunications industry and Mr. Alfred has six years tenure at Zenex and is responsible for leading and overseeing the technological advances Zenex has traversed the past several years. According to Mr. Newman: "Our Zenex Communications business unit has retooled over the past several months by streamlining operations, improving systems automation and reducing costs of goods. It's poised for profitable growth and the Board feels the interests of the shareholders are best served by focusing all efforts and resources on taking advantage of the opportunities the telecom industry offers."

New Lone Wolf President, Brian Gustas, comments: "I am excited about the Board's decision to focus the company's efforts on telecommunications. This industry is dominated by giants that are not nearly as nimble and flexible as we are. There are many small, talent-rich telecommunications companies that Mr. Newman is currently talking to about joining forces with us and I am excited about the future those partnerships may bring."
