Logica has launched Web Self-Care, a new web-based account management service that enables prepaid mobile phone users to check account details, review account activity and top up balances online.
Web Self-Care also provides mobile network operators with an additional communications channel through which information and value-added services can be provided to customers. In addition the service offers a data-collecting tool for use in customer profiling and segmentation.
Features include an ability to customise the service's interface to match the look and feel of the individual operator in terms of colours, logos and functionality; password protection of access to the service; and an ability for operators to define the fields that the subscriber must complete upon registering.
Web Self-Care is provided as part of Logica's Customer Care and Management System.
