Locking system for IEC inlets.

The Schaffner Group (Edison, NJ) has enhanced its family of IEC Lock power cords with Japanese PSE approvals for the existing IL13 family and introduces the new IL19 family for currents up to 16 A. The power cord families have a patented locking system that needs no change of existing IEC inlets or IEC inlet filters and locks without additional fixture in every standardized EEC inlet. Features include:

* The ability to fit to all appliance couplers type C20 or to Schaffner EEC inlet filters with type C20 inlet.

* A locking system that can handle tensile forces up to 200 N.

* RoHS and REACH compliance.
