Lockheed IMS signs at Carnegie Hall Twr

Lockheed IMS Corporation is taking approximately 4,000 square feet of space on the 21st floor of Carnegie Hall Tower, it was announced by Henry Elghanyan, chairman of Rockrose Development Corporation, which developed the 60-story office building between the famed concert hall and The Russian Tea Room on 57th Street in Manhattan.

Jeffrey Suchman, assistant director of commercial real estate, of Rockrose negotiated the five-year leasing transaction with Robert A. Silver, director of Newmark Real Estate Services, Carnegie Hall Tower's exclusive leasing agent.
