West 17th Avenue (Charnelton Street to Lincoln Street) - Potential temporary traffic delays associated to adjacent park construction project. Watch for construction traffic.
West 30th Avenue (Onyx Street to Kincaid Street) - Construction to continue with installation of school zone flashers. Expect lane closures and periodic delays. Watch for construction traffic.
Charnelton Street (West 16th Avenue to West 17th Avenue) - Potential temporary traffic delays associated to adjacent park construction project. Watch for construction traffic.
Division Avenue (at Lone Oak Drive) - Construction to continue with installation of Rec tangular Rapid Flashing Beacon crossing. Expect lane closures and periodic delays. Watch for construction traffic.
Fairfield Avenue (Royal Avenue to Highway 99) - Construction work continues. Watch for construction traffic.
Franklin Boulevard (South Bank Path to Interstate 5 offramp) - Westbound right lane is closed from the South Bank Path to the east, up into the I-5 offramp, because of construction of improvements to the South Bank Path.
Harris Street (East 18th Avenue to East 28th Avenue) - The roadway will continue to be closed to all traffic between East 26th Avenue and East 28th Avenue for a portion of this week. Residents must park on adjacent side streets during the closure; there will be no driveway access. Watch for construction traffic, lane closures and side-street closures on other parts of the project between East 18th Avenue and East 28th Avenue.
Jacobs Drive (Pattison Street to Highway 99) - Construction work continues. Watch for construction traffic.
Lincoln Street (West Fifth Avenue to West 11th Avenue) - One lane will be closed for continuing roadwork. Use alternate routes.
Lincoln Street (West 11th Avenue to West 13th Avenue) - Street will be closed for continuing roadwork. Use alternate routes.
River Road (Azalea Drive to Maxwell Road) - Crack seal work is expected Monday through Friday, depending on weather. Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. Expect some possible delays and dusty conditions near the work zone.
River Road (north of Fir Lane) - Construction to continue with installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon crossing. Expect lane closures and periodic delays. Watch for construction traffic.
South Bank Path (Knickerbocker Bridge to Walnut Street) - The South Bank Path is closed for construction between Walnut Street and the Knickerbocker Bridge until mid-November. Path users should travel on the North Bank Path and the Autzen Bridge. The old path will receive new concrete and will be slightly realigned. The Knickerbocker Bridge will receive new railing.
Washington Street (West Eighth Avenue to West 13th Avenue - Street will be open with a lane closure. Use caution and watch for signage.
Willamette Street (10th Avenue to 13th Avenue) - During construction, curbside parking is closed. Willamette Street from 11th Avenue to 13th Avenue will be limited to southbound traffic only as those two blocks undergo reconstruction. The block between 10th and 11th avenues will have some traffic disruptions for pavement repairs. The project will continue through the beginning of November.

West 11th Avenue (Bailey Hill Road to Acorn Park Street) - Traffic restricted to one eastbound lane.
West 11th Avenue (Randy Pap Beltline to Tyinn Street) - At night, sections of West 11th Avenue may be reduced to a single lane in each direction for milling and paving.
West 11th Avenue (McKinley Street to Arthur Street) - Daytime utility work is expected to restrict single lanes and prevent southbound turns onto City View Street.
Arthur Street (at West 11th Avenue) - Flaggers will guide traffic at the intersection with West 11th Avenue during paving on Tuesday night, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Bailey Hill Road (at West 11th Avenue) - Closed both north and south for several nights, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., for roadwork. Detours will guide to alternate routes.
City View Street (at West 11th Avenue) - Utility work is likely to prevent southbound turns from West 11th Avenue onto City View, but northbound motorists on City View will be able to enter West 11th Avenue for both east- and westward travel. Expected Tuesday night 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., flaggers will guide traffic at the intersection with West 11th Avenue during paving.
Fern Ridge Path (near West 11th Avenue Bridge) - Fern Ridge Path reopens with possible intermittent flaggers requiring path users to pause as bike-pedestrian bridge installation continues this fall.
McKinley Street (at West 11th Avenue) - Flaggers will guide traffic at the intersection with West 11th Avenue during paving Monday night, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Oak Patch Road (at West 11th Avenue) - Flaggers will guide traffic at the intersection with West 11th Avenue during paving Monday night, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
Franklin Boulevard (from intersection of McVay Highway to Mississippi Avenue) - Utility companies are doing preparation work for the first phase of road construction. Use caution while driving in the area.
Main Street (near intersections of 49th Street and Chapman Drive) - Construction activities for two new pedestrian crossings continue. Watch for construction traffic and one-lane closures.
West King Road (Belknap Covered Bridge) - The bridge is closed to all traffic through Nov. 17 for a rehabilitation construction project.
