This business valuation and deal structuring software analyzes loan options for businesses seeking capital then produces proposals, financial schedules, written reports and graphs as to how and where to proceed. The program shows users which type of financing -- short-term loan, long-term loan, credit line, SBA loan, venture capital -- would be most feasible to the users' needs. Working closely with banks, ValuSource found out what banks really require to approve a loan. Features of the program include: loan decision tree - analysis of seven different types of funding; report writer - generation of written loan proposals and detailed financial schedules in 60 seconds; financial expert system - automatic accounting of new loans and focus on loan package; menu driven with on-line help and graphics; bank acceptance - bankers' version being created so that users of Loan Express can submit their loan proposal to banks on disk to speed up the loan approval process; projections - allows for monthly (12 month) and annual (10 years) projections - account forecasts, balance sheet projections, loan amortization and projected financial statements.
