Lloyds Banking Group plc has commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of certain series of outstanding perpetual notes issued by Lloyds Bank plc and Bank of Scotland plc (formerly The Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland), the company said.

The offer is being made on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the OFFER TO PURCHASE dated 16 June 2016 and the related notice of guaranteed delivery.

The Offer consists of offers to purchase for cash any and all primary capital undated floating rate notes (Series 1, 2, 3) and undated floating rate primary capital notes issued by Bank of Scotland plc.
