LiveOffice, a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) e-mail archiving, e-mail compliance and e-mail continuity solutions, announced today that its LiveOffice Personal Archive for BlackBerry supports the newest addition to the BlackBerry family, the BlackBerry Torch.

The company said that the solution provides users with unlimited archive storage e-mails, attachments, SMS and PIN-to-PIN messages as well as call logs. Users have unlimited search and unlimited access to messages, even if their primary e-mail platform is down, according to LiveOffice.

Personal Archive for BlackBerry can be used as a backup and continuity solution for e-mail, enabling customers to continue sending and receiving messages even when a primary e-mail platform is unavailable, the company said. The solution can also be used to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The LiveOffice Personal Archive for BlackBerry is available as an add-on to LiveOffice Archive for a flat per user, per month fee, the company said, although it gave no details of the cost.
