Live updates on bank holiday traffic chaos with 12 miles of queues on M5; Some roads are pretty chock-a-block as people head out to enjoy the amazing weather.

The are long delays on some major roads as people travel thisbank holiday weekend.

There are 12.5 miles of tailbacks on the M5 southbound following a crash. This has compounded a large amount of traffic heading down to the south west.

On the A48 near Carmarthen a crash involving six people closed the stretch in both directions for a time, and there was also gridlock elsewhere in the town.

There is also slow traffic on the M4 around Neath and the Brynglas tunnels.
