Litigators at home in Lincoln.

SPI Litigation Direct has leased a 3,402 s/f pre-built office unit on the 34th floor of The Lincoln Building at 60 East 42nd Street, announces Stephen P. Snell, general manager of The Lincoln Building.

The new tenant is the litigation support arm of SPI Technologies, a provider of IT-enabled outsourcing solutions that support customers in the management of large-scale, complex content and data requirements.

George Relyea of CBRE served as the tenant's broker. John Sinon of Newmark, the building's managing agent, represented the owner.

"The continued popularity of our pre-built suites underlines the appeal of these units, which offer not only convenience, but also high quality design and finishes," says Mr. Snell.
