Lithuanian MP faces sexual harassment suspicions.

Lithuanian prosecutors have filed sexual harassment and undue weapon possession suspicions against MP Kestutis Pukas.The MP has been placed under a written pledge not to leave the country. He refused to provide testimo ny, prosecutors said.Four persons have been listed as victims in the sexual harassment allegations. The authorities also suspect Pukas committed an offense by failing to ensure safekeeping of his weapon by storing it in his Seimas office. If found guilty, the MP may be imposed a fine, have his freedom restricted or arrested. The Constitutional Court found that Pukas had violated the country's Organic Law by sexually harassing young females who had come to job interviews or worked as his assistants.
