Litewave Corp. Announces Joint Venture With Asian/Indian Sub-Continent Community Portal Based in London, England.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 2001

LiteWave Corp. ("LTWV")(OTCBB:LTWV) today announced that it has signed a Heads of Agreement for a Joint Venture with Asian Online Plc., which operates the Asian/Indian Sub-Continent community portal in London, England (www.asian-online.co.uk).

Asian Online is an established portal with its principal features being the Brown Pages, a directory of Asian businessmen, professionals and leaders predominantly from Asian society in the United Kingdom. Upon completion of the Joint Venture Agreement, LTWV will grant to Asian Online 500,000 fully paid common shares pursuant to Rule 144 for its exclusive right to participate with Asian Online worldwide.

The Joint Venture Agreement calls for LTWV and its subsidiary, Travel Ties Inc., to provide the Asian/East Indian community members exposure to the vast array of travel services and benefits now available through Travel Ties Inc. Revenues generated from travel bookings made by the membership will be shared by the two organizations.

Asian Online will contact businesses and professionals listed in its Brown Pages to advise them of the news and the details of the exclusive travel relationship now available to them. Regular follow-up mailers and emails of special travel offerings and featured exposure on the portal will form part of the on-going program. Subsequently, other revenue generating marketing opportunities over and above travel will be pursued by the parties to provide exclusive benefits for the Asian/East Indian community membership. In addition, the Joint Venture will expand its sphere of influence, providing these benefits to similar East Indian and Asian communities in North America and other parts of the world.
