List of convictions.

THE man whose driving killed 16-year-old Brandon Morris was serving licence for a previous brutal attack at the time of the crash, a court has heard.

Before sending Lee Harvey to prison, Recorder Simon Bourne Arton QC heard he already had a string of convictions against his name.

Rachel Masters, prosecuting, said Harvey had a total of 36 offences on his record including convictions for grievous bodily harm (GBH), attempted GBH, taking a car without the owner's consent and interfering with a vehicle.

She said he had been given a 12-month community order in 2004 after he took a vehicle without the owner's consent and in 2014 had been jailed for five years for attempted GBH.

He was jailed for three years for grievous bodily harm in 2006 and received an extended sentence for assault and affray in 2009. At the time of the 2014 attack Harvey had been out of prison for three years and just finished his licence period.
