Lisanti Capital Growth, LLC, a certified woman-owned and managed SEC registered investment advisor specializing in US small- and small/mid-cap (SMID) equity growth investing, has announced the Dinosaur Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund (ASCGX), for which Lisanti is the investment advisor, has reduced the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses after the contractual Fee Waiver and/or Expense Reimbursement for the Fund to 1.35% through April 30, 2019, , the company said.

Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses (gross) is reflected as 3.10%. Simultaneously with this reduction in (net) Fund fees, the Fund has changed its name to the Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund and the website for the Fund has changed to www.lisantismallcap.com.

Lisanti, founded by Mary Lisanti, is a certified woman-owned and managed SEC registered investment advisor specializing in US small- and small/mid-cap (SMID) equity growth investing. In September 2017, Dinosaur Group Holdings, LLC, the parent company of DCM Advisors, LLC, (DCM), an affiliated SEC registered investment advisor providing asset management and wealth advisory services, acquired a minority interest in Lisanti.
