SPORTING casual shorts and a bikini top, Lisa Haydon looks flawlessly fit on the cover of Women's Health , September Issue.
" I have been working out since the age of 14, hence my body has been fit and in shape," Lisa said, revealing the secret to her toned look is yoga. " Yoga is the way to be. I follow a regime of yoga and running for my fitness," she said.
Lisa was interacting with the press and fans at the launch of the magazine featuring her on the cover at Mumbai's Hard Rock Cafe on Friday. She looked appealing as she drove into the venue in a petite number.
She aptly fits the tagline of the magazine, which goes: ' Fit is the new sexy'. To stay fit, of course, Lisa balances her yoga routine with a blood group diet. Although she is a foodie, she believes in eating whatever she likes in small portions.
" I am basically a vegan but manage a balanced diet at all times. I would not suggest that people skip meals.
Instead, compensate with eating in lesser portions," she said.
On choosing Lisa as the September cover girl, editor Sanghamitra Chakraborty of Women's Health said: " We wanted a beauty caught in the moment. Lisa is very casual and not artificial. And that is what we want to share with our readers."
