Lisa's Pinkspiration earns crown.

SIR Richard Branson has opted for a bit of "Pinkspiration" in his search for the voice of Virgin Media Pioneers in Wales to inspire more young people to start their own businesses.

Lisa Marie Brown has been crowned as an ambassador for her homeland, hoping to unearth and encourage the next budding Branson.

The 31-year-old from Cardiff runs Pinkspiration, a social enterprise for young people to learn new business skills. One of their projects, Design Factor, aims to encourage young people to think about starting up their own businesses while transforming neglected communities.

Communities within Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly and Cardiff have been chosen for regeneration initiatives, with three projects completed so far.
