Linea buys 75% in Russiaa[euro](tm)s TGK-13.
6 September 2011 - Bermuda-based Linea Ltd has bought a 74.94% holding in Russiaa[euro](tm)s Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (MCX:TGKM), or TGK-13, the latter said in a report today, as quoted by RIA Novosti.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Linea took indirect ownership over TGK-13 via its 48.65%-controlled Cyprus-based unit Donalink Ltd as well as through Siberian Energy Investments Ltd and Sibenergoholding.
The Bermuda-based firm is owned by Russian businessman Andrei Melnichenko.
