Lincoln Property Company has completed the repositioning of Cross-roads Corporate Center in Parsippany, N.J. With the recently closed 50,721 square foot lease signed with Vitts Networks, the 76,262 square foot Class a office building is now fully leased. Following a multi-million dollar respositioning this Class B building (199 Pomeroy Road) was turned into a state-of-the-art, high-tech, first-class office center.Michael A. Tayror, Vice President of Lincoln Property Company stated, "We are extremely pleased to announce that Cross-roads Corporate Center is now 100% leased."
Located at the southeast quadrant of Interstates 80 and 287 just off Woodhollow Road, Cross-roads Corporate Center is within a short distance of the Parisppany Sheraton Hotel, Embassy Suites, Parisppany Hilton Hotel as well as the Prudential Business Campus. Only 30 miles to New York City, the building is also accessible from Routes 10, 46 and 202.
Vitts Networks was represented by Andrew Somple, SIOR, vice president of NAI/James E. Hanson. John Cunningham and Bryn M. Cinque of GVA Williams served as exclusive leasing representatives for Crossroads Corporate Center.
